Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, carrying materials, and operating hand tools
- Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Support skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Inspect materials for quality and report any defects to supervisors
- Adhere to project timelines and communicate progress to site managers
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols (OSHA training provided)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with consistent attendance
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
