Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled trades with layout, measuring, and installation tasks
- Adapt to diverse project types including residential, commercial, and infrastructure
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Previous construction, landscaping, or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Flexibility to work weekends or early mornings as needed
