Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain job site safety by following OSHA protocols and wearing proper PPE
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing operations
- Perform site inspections and report hazards or equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months construction or general labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
