Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, leveling, and hauling materials.
- Load and unload lumber, tools, and other construction supplies from trucks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Clean and secure job sites daily to ensure safety and compliance.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from foremen regarding project tasks.
- Perform minor carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, and fitting materials.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or landscaping is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
