Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, moving materials, and setting up work areas.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision, ensuring proper usage and safety.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations and company standards.
- Support Trades: Provide on-site support to electricians, plumbers, and carpenters as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy objects for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Tools: Basic familiarity with hand and power tools is preferred.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with the crew.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
