Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks including carpentry, painting, and concrete work.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations and project blueprints under supervision.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, leveling, and excavation support.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus, but on-the-job training is available for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols (OSHA).
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
