Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of the work area, ensuring the site is organized and debris-free.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings when necessary.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy loads up to 50+ lbs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
