Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with daily tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as carrying heavy loads, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, humidity).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
