Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks on site.
- Load and unload materials from trucks using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris, excavating, or leveling the ground.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools safely and correctly.
- Follow all site safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the job site.
- Support framing, drywalling, or painting crews as directed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome first-time applicants eager to learn.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
