Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and waste
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support team members with lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
- Perform minor site preparation tasks like digging trenches or leveling ground
- Participate in daily team briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience requiredâwillingness to learn is essential
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team
