Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand tools under supervision (hammers, shovels, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Support demolition, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
- Transport materials to designated job sites
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic communication skills in English
