Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and tradespeople with material handling
- Prepare and clean job sites daily
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols
- Complete simple demolition and debris removal
- Support concrete and foundation work
Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
