Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, concrete pouring, and general site preparation.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions provided by supervisors.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in layout duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
