Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and general construction activities.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment on and off job sites.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision to aid in project completion.
- Support Tasks: Perform basic measurements, cutting, and assembly as directed by the site supervisor.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Tools: Basic familiarity with construction tools is preferred.
- Safety First: A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work part-time hours as scheduled.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
