Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with daily job site duties and material handling.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic construction machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal to maintain a professional environment.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials (wood, drywall, framing) as directed by the site supervisor.
- Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA) is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with framing, concrete, or general labor is a plus but not required.
