Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- General Labor: Perform a variety of manual tasks as directed by supervisors, including painting, cleaning, and basic carpentry support.
- Equipment Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely, including saws, drills, and compressors.
- Quality Control: Help ensure work meets project specifications and safety standards.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Tools: Familiarity with basic hand and power tools is a plus.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Work Ethic: Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
