Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen in construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and light machinery under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by sorting materials and removing debris
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily progress reports and communicate effectively with site supervisors
- Participate in weekend-only shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 6 AM - 4 PM)
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend shifts (no weekday commitments)
- Basic understanding of construction terminology and site safety principles
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication skills in English
- No prior experience required – training provided
