Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters masons and other tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools power tools and light machinery safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Perform site cleanup debris removal and waste management
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Support concrete pouring framing and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous construction labor experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and safety practices
- Strong work ethic punctuality and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Physical stamina for extended standing bending and lifting
