Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and demolition tasks
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (drills, saws, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and material handling
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
