Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment under supervision
- Perform debris removal and site cleanup to OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Report safety hazards and maintain organized work areas
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
