Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment from vehicles
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Perform physical tasks including digging, shoveling, and debris removal
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Oklahoma City
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions precisely
- No experience necessary – training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred
