Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Load/unload construction equipment and materials at job sites
- Maintain organized work areas and adhere to strict safety protocols
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing crews as needed
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 certification a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in outdoor environments
- Strong physical stamina and willingness to work flexible hours
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Los Angeles County
- Experience with hand/power tools and construction materials
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Background check and drug screening required
