Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and debris removal

- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Support foundation framing, roofing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily time logs and safety incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Availability to work 20-30 hours weekly (flexible scheduling)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for on-site arrival
