Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including cleanup and debris removal
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, hammers)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Support skilled trades with material handling and basic tasks
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Adapt to changing project priorities and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of construction tools preferred but not required
- OSHA 10 certification a plus (training provided)
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
