Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform basic trenching, digging, and debris removal
- Support concrete work including form setup and finishing
- Adapt to project priorities and weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
