Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment as needed
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform daily site inspections and report hazards or equipment issues
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Los Angeles County
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
