Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal
- Follow project blueprints and supervisor instructions
- Participate in daily safety briefings and protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge preferred (training provided)
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
