- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks
Load/unload materials and equipment
Prepare and clean job sites
Operate hand/power tools safely
Follow all safety protocols and regulations
Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
Assist in site setup and teardown
Maintain tool inventory and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Basic construction knowledge preferred
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation to sites
Strong work ethic and punctuality
OSHA 10 certification a plus
Ability to work outdoors in various weather
Team player with communication skills
