Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation tasks including debris removal and ground leveling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Complete daily time logs and safety checklists
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
