Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and construction equipment safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal operations
- Support skilled tradespeople with project-specific duties
- Complete daily timecards and safety documentation accurately
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement/estimation
- Commitment to safety and punctuality
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
