Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, leveling, and debris removal.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under close supervision.
- Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging, carrying, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and site regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices (OSHA preferred).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Austin, PA.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
