Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks (demolition, excavation, material handling)
- Prepare and clean job sites daily
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Complete basic site maintenance duties
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to pass a background check
- Construction experience a plus but not required
- Must be available for flexible scheduling (weekdays/weekends)
