Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Site Preparation: Prepare work areas by gathering necessary tools, materials, and safety equipment.
- Component Installation: Help mount electrical boxes, outlets, and fixtures accurately.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist in testing circuits and systems to ensure proper functionality using basic multimeters.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Tool Management: Maintain and organize tools, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
Qualifications
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn the trade and a positive attitude toward mentorship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various environments (climbing ladders, crawl spaces).
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic measurements and simple calculations.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
