Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with residential and commercial wiring projects.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as stripping wire, bending conduit, and installing outlets and fixtures.
- Ensure all work complies with local Kansas City building codes and OSHA safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites.
- Help with equipment setup, teardown, and tool organization.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Willingness to obtain a Journeyman license after training.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various conditions (heat, cold, heights).
- Strong desire to learn and work collaboratively in a team setting.
