Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues efficiently.
- Install, maintain, and repair water heaters, toilets, faucets, and drain lines.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan pipe layouts.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future leaks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and provide estimates.
- Adhere to all local safety codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman or Apprentice Plumber License.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential plumbing.
- Strong knowledge of pipe systems, fixtures, and hand tools.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight/confined spaces.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
