Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Prepare work areas by organizing tools and materials, ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components to identify potential hazards or inefficiencies.
- Help with running wire, mounting fixtures, and connecting electrical boxes according to blueprints.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service during job sites.
- Document work completed and report any material shortages or technical issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or formal apprenticeship is required; we provide the training.
- Must be physically able to lift heavy tools and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors).
- Basic math skills are necessary for calculating measurements and reading blueprints.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not mandatory).
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the electrical trade.
