Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational protocols.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for daily job sites to ensure efficiency.
- Perform basic tasks such as bending conduit, stripping wire, and labeling circuits accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License (a plus but not mandatory for this entry-level role).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn from senior staff.
