Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Safely handle tools and materials on residential/commercial job sites
- Follow electrical codes and safety protocols under supervision
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment testing
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
