Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, fixture installations, and outlet replacements.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Read and interpret basic electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Comply with all local and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding job progress.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train the right candidates from the ground up.
- Physical stamina to work standing, kneeling, or climbing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating electrical loads.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
