Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to plan and execute electrical layouts.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions efficiently to restore power and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project timelines, requirements, and status updates.
- Document all work performed accurately in job logs and digital systems.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in residential or commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical theory.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference verification.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation for job site travel.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
