Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques
- Perform system upgrades, panel replacements, and circuit installations
- Conduct safety inspections and provide detailed reports to clients
- Collaborate with project managers and team members for seamless execution
- Maintain clean workspaces and proper tool inventory
Qualifications
- Valid Indiana electrician license (Journeyman or Master preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with residential and commercial electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and Indiana state regulations
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical issues
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
