Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida regulations
- Diagnose electrical issues using multimeters, clamp meters, and diagnostic tools
- Conduct safety inspections and recommend system upgrades
- Collaborate with project managers and apprentice electricians
- Manage inventory and submit accurate service reports
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or higher)
- Minimum 3 years residential/commercial electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Proficiency with troubleshooting 120V-480V systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Miami-Dade building codes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
