Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Perform safety checks and ensure compliance with electrical codes
- Install wiring, fixtures, and equipment for residential/commercial clients
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Prepare work areas and clean up after project completion
- Document work progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – full training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and handle tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in teams
- Pass background check and drug screening
