Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, including running conduit and stripping wire.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding project updates.
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics under supervision.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical components to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to learn and obtain required trade certifications.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- No criminal record or felony convictions (standard industry requirement).
