Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks and terminal connections under direct supervision.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect electrical components and tools for safety and functionality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding job progress.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety regulations.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and crawl into tight spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths, angles, and calculating loads.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
