Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installation, repair, and maintenance in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of wiring and equipment.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems and circuits efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License required for the State of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor environments.
- Current Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
