Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify electrical faults
- Ensure compliance with all National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations
- Assist senior electricians with complex projects and system upgrades
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environments
- Willingness to obtain required electrical certifications within 6 months
- Must pass background check and drug screening
