Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Perform routine inspections of electrical equipment and wiring to identify potential hazards or code violations.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic electrical blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Replace or repair faulty outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and service options.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain a California Electrician License (we provide guidance and training).
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a strong desire to learn the trade.
