As an apprentice, you will work alongside master plumbers to learn the ins and outs of residential and commercial plumbing. We offer a comprehensive training program designed to fast-track your journey to a Journeyman license.
Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers: Shadow experienced professionals to learn installation, repair, and maintenance techniques on-site.
- Project Support: Help prepare job sites, gather materials, and execute basic plumbing tasks under close supervision.
- Customer Interaction: Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients in their homes.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools clean, organized, and ready for daily use.
- Site Cleanup: Ensure job sites are left clean and safe after every shift.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We value attitude and aptitude over prior history. A willingness to learn is essential.
- Valid Driver’s License: Must be willing to travel to various job sites across the Denver metro area.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements and basic calculations.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and a clean background check.
