Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan project execution.
- Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice.
- Document all work completed accurately for billing and record-keeping.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent trade certification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
